I applied through university. I interviewed at Wissen (Mumbai) in June 2026
Interview
The initial screening was an online assessment conducted on the HackerEarth platform. The test duration was 120 minutes and consisted of 8 questions in total: 5 MCQs, 1 SQL query challenge, and 2 Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) coding problems. The point distribution was heavily skewed toward the coding sections (DSA problems were 100 and 50 points, SQL was 25 points, and MCQs ranged between 2 to 6 points each).

I applied online. I interviewed at Wissen (Bengaluru) in May 2025
Interview
They have total 4 rounds.
1.HackerRank Assessment
2. Coding questions that cover DSA,threading and oops concepts, collections and SQL(one qstn from each of the concepts).
3. Same as second Round but the difficulty level increases.
4.Then Techno Managerial round(this entirely depends on the ED taking ur interview, for me it was all techncial and above my level of experience questions. but some of colleagues were only asked about their projects and some basic tech questions.)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Case expression in SQL.
Unique character question in DSA(i don't exactly remember but the first round qstns would be on the level of longest zero sum subarray, duplicates removal)
For collections I was given an impl of set and was asked qstns abt its' behaviour.
And there was multi threading qstsn and oops question as well. The time would be too less to answer all these but you can try to show your knowledge and it would be considered.
At first there are 2 technical rounds mainly focussing on coding, then there will an ed tech round, post which there would be some client interviews which can be more than one as well, and finally its HR round
