Interview
The HR office contacted me with an interview offer. I visited the location and had a meeting with two team leads. They are friendly but not energetic and not responsive to my answers, which is very typical Dutch style. They said they will contact me in 1-2 weeks for updates, and it usually takes 2-3 rounds of interviews to confirm an offer.

They mainly asked my about my structural engineering working experience in Taiwan.

Interview
There were lots of delays in the process. The whole process took 3 months. I had three interviews. I had to wait 1 month after the third interview to recieve a rejection, which was disappointing and unprofessional to keep someone waiting for a month without any correspondence.
