Short Discussion with HR Interview on a Feature You Have Developed (30 Minutes) Live Coding (1 Hour Design + 3 Hours Coding) Code Project Interview (Architecture Focus) Final HR Interview (1 Hour)

The process started with a short phone call with the recruiter Yael (that was very nice), followed by a 30-minute screening interview, and then a ~4 hour live session with a guy named Tomer focused on coding, system design, and behavioral questions. The interviews were very hands-on and practical, with valuable feedback throughout – much better than just solving random LeetCode problems. The technical parts were challenging but fair (they know you are not going to complete it all), and I genuinely learned a lot from the process. Although I wasn’t accepted, the interviewers were super positive, friendly, and professional, which made the whole experience very rewarding.
