Tres entrevistas, en inglés el proceso tomo dos meses y medio. La comunicación fue constante por el equipo de Talent Acquisition. Las entrevistas toman en cuenta la experiencia profesional y las herramientas de diario, manejo de riesgo y de comunicación.
The individuals I interacted with were genuinely pleasant and created a welcoming atmosphere. However, there seemed to be a noticeable absence of seamless communication amongst the team members. I mentioned in the first interview that I didn't have specific experience in an area. They made me go through their whole process, and at the end, they said I didn't pass because I didn't have experience in that specific area.

El proceso de entrevista comenzó con una llamada con alguien de People. Después tuve una entrevista técnica con alguien del área de producto y finalmente una entrevista panel con dos especialistas más del rol. Las preguntas venían de todo tipo; conocimientos técnicos de Product Management, metodologías conocidas y utilizadas, experiencias previas, etc.
