Interview
After recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn, had an interview with her regarding company culture and benefits it is offering. I was sent a codefights test to solve two problems in an hour, that I did easily. Then I was asked to give an interview to hiring manager on hangout.
Was asked few technical questions and briefed about company also two technical problem solution via screen share on codefights. I did solve all problem and answered all questions that interviewer asked me, He also applauded my algos and answers of all questions.
After 4 days got email from recruiter my qualifications and experience don't match their requirements.
Very strange and shocking feedback wasted my time and will never ask anyone to go for interview process with them total waste of time as if my profile didn't match their requirements why did they contacted me and why engaged me in such long process.

Realizo dos entrevistas y un viernes recibo 4 invitaciones para lunes y martes de la siguiente semana. No me explican de que son las entrevistas. El lunes realizo una entrevista técnica con live-coding y no me va bien, seguidamente hago otra entrevista no técnica. Al día siguiente me cancelan las dos entrevistas y pido explicaciones por email ya que ya me había organizado para realizarlas. Recibo un "no fue bien" como respuesta y una invitación a resvervar una call para un feedback. Lamentable profesionalidad.
