The HR recruiter contacted through LinkedIn. It was a lengthy process consisting of 5 rounds:
1) Screening round
2) Hiring Manager round
3) On-Line Test
4) Technical Round
5) On-Site Opportunity
The recruiters need to be sure if they are really interested in a candidate's potential. After clearing four rounds successfully and with exceptional results (as per the HRs email), they did not conduct the final round. Reason: They found someone else for the position.
Seriously?? You wasted my twice weeks. To top it, you gave me an assurance by discussing the salary structure and project requirements.
I can't believe a company of this kind and size wasted my time and was not professional enough to maintain the basic interview etiquettes. Really Disappointing!!
