Todo fue muy claro y sencillo, desde un inicio fueron super buena onda, me explicaron paso a paso el proceso, 4 entrevistas, RH, técnica, arquitectura, cliente, todas dificiltad promedio, los ejercicios de siempre.

Un proceso conciso y estructurado, lo sentí algo desactualizado en cuestión del tech stack, pero estructurado en cuestión de lo que buscan evaluar. Se dividió en 3 diferentes entrevistas siendo 2 técnicas y una de behavioral. La parte del phone interview fue la inicial y realmente amable el equipo de reclutamiento

Initial HR interview with very few questions; HR rep couldn't answer any questions I asked about the position. We scheduled a tech interview for a few days later, so I took half a day off to prepare myself and to attend the interview... and no one showed up; I was left by myself in a video call. I emailed the HR rep who made up an excuse about internet connection issues, and that she would reschedule. After a week waiting for the follow-up, I emailed her and she said they had closed the vacancy because the client changed their mind, etc. Three weeks later, and the exact same vacancy is still being advertised on their website and linkedin. Honestly? It was BS from start to finish, with little to no communication without me engaging, and I wasted half a day of holidays. Thank you very much Gabi! I hope you stub one or both toes every morning for a long time.
