How would you show hospitality to a museum guest, someone who does not understand the art.
Pre-Screen is acclimation to company, then moves onto panel and eventually final screening. Good content upfront to align candidate with company. Smaller company but sounds like strong culture and care for employees.

Applied on hire culture and they got back to me within the hour. They had a very hard time scheduling a 15 minute phone interview. Finally schedule it at my expense because they couldn’t schedule it around my schedule Get on the interview with the General Manager who was 10 minutes late, asks me why I applied, and then after 4 minutes of talking his kids come home and he tells me he is ending the interview and if I have any questions. Says he will contact me in the middle of the following week and never gets back to me. I am over qualified and pissed.
