There were 2 phone interviews after a written screen. Both the interviews were technical. I have attended a few interviews. But this is the first company that I prayed that I shouldn't get a job with. The interviewers were arrogant, self absorbed and rude for the most part. I am not the smartest around. But I sure do know stuff that I have been doing for the past 2 years. But the interviewers were not ready to accept that. I felt like I should hang up on the interviewer in the middle of the interview even though I didn't. After asking a lot of questions about what I have been doing and the intricate details of the projects that I was involved with, when I asked a question about their research and development all the hiring manager answered, "sorry. we don't disclose this stuff to public" Overall bad experience.. and I would not recommend even applying to this company. Its just not worth it to see your self respect going to the drain.

Long but fair. Started with an HR interview where I was asked standard questions as well as a time where I had to solve a technical problem and the steps I took to do so, then a 2nd phone interview with a manager who was friendly and polite. I was asked a combination of questions from what I am looking for in a job culturally,, behavioral questions, and some very straightforward technical questions pertaining to LEDs and semiconductors. I am preparing for my 3rd interview now and was told to expect 4 total before an offer. All the interviews are still over the phone, none in person. For the 3rd interview I have been asked to prepare a 30 minute presentation on research or a project I have completed and to expect 30 minutes of follow up questions from 3-4 R&D managers.
