The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Wolfspeed in July 2010
Interview
Worst Interview I have ever attended..can u believe the interviewer was having lunch on the phone asking questions to me... i am a new college graduate and he expects me to know all the intricate details of industrial process..too bad that he dint even thank me for taking up all my sunday afternoon..he dint even inform me before he was calling and was very rude and arrogant..I bet u he might have come there and learnt all those things and now showing off..was very upset with the interview process..a huge let down..may be they should add a term stupid in the difficulty section of the review process..that would be the best suited term,,
Normal tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, problem solving example, technical question specific to the area you interview for. HR phone screen, manager phone screen then in person interview on site
Multiple interview rounds, multiple interviews with heads of different departments as the last round. Interview process started with a phone recruiter, followed by a hiring manager, the Hiring Manager's manager, and then a final round with all the heads of the departments independently (4-5)
