Hey you! I'm super sorry to hear you've had a bad experience with us. This most certainly does not sound at all how our recruitment process should work, so we'd love to hear more about your experience if you're willing to share. There should be an anonymous survey sent your way as part of your hiring process, through which you could leave us more information so we know what went wrong here. Overall our hiring process focuses a lot on evaluating the technical capabilities of our engineering candidates, with a take-home assignment and a technical interview. We of course also have interviews where soft skills are assessed, to see how a person might suit our culture and ways of working. We have over 50 nationalities represented in product development at Wolt, and no discrimination based on nationality is tolerated whatsoever. Even more so it would be great to hear what has happened in your case so we can investigate further.
