The interview process was excessively prolonged, spanning over seven months, which did not align with the urgency typically associated with fulfilling such a role. Following each interview phase, I had to initiate follow-ups to receive feedback and schedule the subsequent steps, with no clear timeline provided. Despite investing significant effort into the assignment presentation, it was evident that the team had not reviewed it beforehand. What was intended to be a discussion ended up as a solo presentation, with only a couple of questions asked during the hour-and-a-half session. Even after a promised date for the final feedback, I had to follow up to receive it. The feedback I received was non-specific and simply stated that I was not selected, disregarding the extensive effort I put into both the interview process and the assignment presentation.
