I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wolt (Poland, ME) in July 2024
Interview
The first step was something new i experienced and it was a game with wheel of random questions to take the edge off. I got something like ‚would you rather go back in time 5 years, or have a 50k’. The second one was a group assignment, we were supposed to come up with 10 words that come to mind when thinking of features that a person in support would have to have. The third one was in polish and it was also a group task. It was a simulation of a problem with the delivery, the courier’s bike broke + another thing about an order, and we had to figure out the process of dealing with this situation. Overall the whole interview was a lot less stressful than i imagined, the interviewers were very friendly and helpfull :)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
As i said, the only ‚real’ question was within the first game, the rest was just about the skills that we have regarding the problems with the deliveries and managing the given situation.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wolt (Novi Sad) in July 2025
Interview
The interviewer was very polite, friendly and respectful. I had a pleasant time talking with everyone in the group. Everybody had a chance to present themselves and to solve a group task we got.
The process lasted for a very long time - almost a month. The conversation during the interview though run smoothly and the questions were normal but too generic. It seemed like I was one more number to them.
