The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first interview was quite general and conducted by an external recruiter based outside Greece, with limited role-specific details. The second interview was more detailed and with a manager, also based abroad.
The role involves high responsibility for a specific area, including off-hours availability and problem escalation, while compensation was relatively low for the level of responsibility described. The position is mostly on-site, with limited remote flexibility.
Overall, the process was professional, but expectations, responsibilities, and compensation did not feel well balanced.

Question 1
What are the things that I wouldn't like to have on my new job
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Wolt in Oct 2018
Interview
Firstly it was a video conference interview where we went over my CV.
The interview mentioned that he would send me a written test to complete.
Following the video conference, the interviewer did not reply to emails and did not follow up at all.
Big thanks for letting us know, and huge apologies for a terrible experience. This is definitely not how it should go when you apply for a job at Wolt. Our habit is replying a person as soon as we know how the process is developing, and like you mentioned, we didn’t do that with you, for which I would like to apologise once more.
We’ve talked about this with our Operations recruiters and people involved with the process to make sure we would avoid this happening again. We appreciate that you left the feedback so we can take action on this. Thank you once more.
