I'm here just to tell a history ...
I applied for the position on a Monday, 3 days later I got a robotic email saying I didn't have any Python/Flask experience, which is not true, because I've been working continuously for almost 8 years building distributed systems with Python and using frameworks like Flask, Django, Starlette, Tornado.
But it's alright. There's always something that stinks in a company that tries to pass itself off as cool, it's could be acceptable, but when negative attitudes start in the HR team, the red flag is huge.
We're sorry to hear you had a bad experience with our talent team. All of our applications are actually reviewed by an individual of the team, who makes the decision of whether or not we proceed, and as such also the email you received was sent by a real person. This also of course leaves room for human error. You're always welcome to reach out to us if you feel your application was wrongfully reviewed, we'd like to take a second look to see where we might have gone wrong.
