I was contacted by their HR personnel. First interview was with HR person and was very positive. Subsequent interviews took place after 2, 4 and 6 weeks from initial with senior executive and senior management personnel. Some personnel I talked to were not truthful about their title in the company (through background research I discovered that one person overstated his title, stated director, when in fact the person was a senior manager). There was supposed to be an in-person interview to meet the team; the meeting was cancelled without explanation in lieu of other over-the phone meetings.
There seems to be significant disconnect between teams engaged in product design, product development, and sales; specifically, it seems that the user feedback is not efficiently loopholed into design team. I focused on this weakness pretty quickly and it seems that WK was aware of this weakness themselves. The interview process concluded with WK never following up until I contacted them 2 weeks after.
WK seems to be acquiring a lot of smaller companies, resulting in lack of internal coordination of teams and efforts.
