This is my third shot at trying to work with Wolters Kluwer in outside sales. My resume screams "success. hunter, go-getter, etc. etc, etc..." but still they dont move me forward in the process. I understand WK's company culture becuase I have not only researched the company extensively, but I've also spoken to two people who have worked here. My resume is specifically written for WK's sales openings. Additionally, I have an outgoing personality. That said, trying to 'connect" with the phone screeners is almost impossible. They are like well-trained robots-- I have no clue what they are trained to screened for since the entire interview process with this company is very corporate, calculated and cold. But, in spite of all that, I know it's a good company to work for. You just need to get through the interview barriers and I havent cracked the Wolters Kluwer code yet. It appears that most reviewers on this site have not either--will keep all posted if I'm every hired.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
None. They just ask you the same questions about "job awareness" that are listed on the job description. For example..."Are you aware that the job involves about 50% traveling?" duhhhh I applied, remember?
Pretty Easy. Just need sales and a willingness to do some assignments for the interview and make sure you know a bit about the market you are applying for. Luckily the regional manager was in my city so I was able to knock out 2 rounds of interviews the same day. They were also very understanding of my work status and worked around giving me the time to transition out.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How much sales experience you have and information about sales numbers in previous jobs.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer in June 2022
Interview
2 Hour meeting with 2 team members. Very responsive and thorough. I asked for feedback and didn't receive any after the fact. Good experience and felt prepared for role after speaking with the team.

How do you feel your previous experience has prepared you for the duties required in this position?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2022
Interview
The interview process was great. It consisted of 3 meetings, each progressively with someone more senior (Manager, Director and then VP). The questions were mostly about experience and what motivates you to be in sales, specifically at WoltersKluwer.
