Interview
Structured interviews with set questions and competency based questions. First stage was quite informal second stage involved presentation and met several team members in the process . Research required and prep on the company's encouraged they may ask you back for a 3rd stage but normally a decision will be made after second stage.
2 phone interviews with Sales Manager and Department Head after Human Resources screening. Hiring cycle took about 3-4 weeks before pre-employment screening and background check. Very supportive and responsive HR along the interview process
