I applied online. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer (Vienna) in Sept 2020
Interview
Easily one of the worst hiring processes I have ever had.
1. There was near to none proactivity in contacting me as a candidate - I had to almost always reach out to them after weeks of silence, even though the recruiter promised each time she would get back to me ASAP.
2. They were dishonest about my salary expectations and instead of rejecting me, they kept me on the hook for as long as possible until they found someone cheaper. Unethical.
3. The entire process was incredibly lengthy (3+ months) - probably due to the reason listed above.
4. When I asked for a specific feedback for rejection after the final stage, they ghosted me.
All in all, I am happy that I ended up not getting an offer from Wolters Kluwer. Looking at how the recruitment process was handled, I would be frightened to see what it looks like inside.

Question 1
"Tell me about yourself" and other rather standard questions around the job and CV. Nothing really difficult.
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer (Marietta, GA) in Nov 2024
Interview
applied online, went through multiple rounds of interviews to be left in the dark for several weeks at a time in between rounds. while im still technically in the funnel for this position, i am no longer interested in working here because the candidate experience has been so poor. I have reached out via email to the recruiter for the role multiple times for updates with no response.
