The interview process was fairly standard, I spoke with the HR recruit first then met with two members of the team. Of the two members only one asked questions while the other took notes.

      Senior Financial Analyst Interview

      4 Oct 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer in June 2016

      Interview

Got reached out by HR and did an hour long phone interview with the hiring manager before going in for an in person with 2 people including hiring manager again. From HR to in person that process took more than a month. I should have known not to waste my time back then. But they kept dragging on and on and on after follow ups and saying so and so is on vacation blah blah blah. Another month passed by asked me to go in for a final round interview with 8 people. I went in for this "Super day" and sent thank you notes. After follow ups for another month or so finally got the rejection email. Its fine that I got rejected but I just wonder if it really takes 4 months to evaluate 1 persons candidacy. Would other HR functions be the same? Would the entire organization stop working because someone's on a business trip or vacation? To be honest I wouldn't want to work there given how the hiring process is and the general vibe of the office is kinda dull and boring. Its more suitable for someone who's in their 40s and ready to settle down for 1 job for the rest of your career and retire afterwards. Overall, I did meet with some great people within the organization and they seem to enjoy what they were doing. However, based on the conversation ive had and the experience with this hiring process, it gave me a vibe that it will take a village to get something very minor done.
