Initial contact from the recruiter. Recruiter scheduled time to speak with the Sales Director. Interview process was pretty standard. Phone interview with director. In person interview with director, sales manager, and a sales representative. Liked being able to sit with a current sales representative to get a feel for the job and be able to ask questions that the director and sales manager were not able to answer as they hadn't performed the job.

Did an application on line. Received an email 2 months later to schedule a phone interview. Had the phone interview a week later. Just asked more about my sales background. I was asked to come in for a one-on-one . 2 days later I was given an offer.
