I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WomanCare Global (San Diego, CA) in Dec 2015
Interview
Very thoughtful. The timing during the first round was great as I got to meet with several of the key players. I was impressed with their product line and felt it was a great fit for me personally and professionally. It was fine until the final interview, with the CEO when I was asked why I was applying for the position. Then the CEO said felt I wasn't prepared to be a VP of Supply Chain. I wasn't applying for that position, so you can imagine my confusion. Still, up until then, I really liked the team, the work environment looked pleasant and relaxed, yet still professional.

Question 1
Are you getting fired? is that why you are looking for work?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WomanCare Global (London, England) in Nov 2011
Interview
I was approached by an agency that works in the industry, then had an initial meeting with the COO, followed by an online psychometric test. Then I had a call with the Executive Coordinator peer in the US and then an final interview with the Chief Commercial Officer, Sales manager and COO after each other on the same day. I was offered the role directly by the COO but any negotiations went through the recruitment agency.
