5 entrevistas de las cuales 4 fueron con RH, la quinta entrevista con el Director ubicado en USA y después ghosting…ni la gentileza de avisarte que se decidieron por otro candidato.
Company reached out TO ME FIRST to apply, I did, I was given a date and time for a virtual interview. Day of interview I waited and wait on zoom for 20 minutes and they interviewer never arrived. I sent an email later stating if they need to reschedule I would be willing to accommodate. They blocked me. Apparently this company has an HR/hiring team that operates at a middle school ghosting level. Very unprofessional.

No questions because they ghost applicants they pursued first
Standard interview process, standard questions, regular preparation required. No major red flags, situational questions will be asked. Some positions require more than one interview, overall positive experience to interviewee. For non-management roles, interview can be very informal on the site, just depends on the position being applied for.
