pretty smooth. Office was very comfortable and the people were very welcoming. People looked like they actually wanted to be there. The place was really active as when I dropped by OPS was ongoing.

The interview was satisfactory overall. I was asked whether I had any knowledge about the company, which the overview is confusing for an employee perspective. As I was discussing my career experience, the interviewer seemed to become disengaged when she mentioned that I was not an “end-to-end” recruiter. I clarified that I am indeed experienced in end-to-end recruitment, although I was unsure if the interviewer fully understood the term. It seems that she lacked experience and exposure to recruitment based on her statement. Nevertheless, that was my experience.
