      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wondr Health (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2024

      Interview

The interview process was a little odd. The interview was chat based through teams. When I asked why, they said it was changed due to the pandemic. Teams is video is remote? The interview went fine, but the interviewer didn't give a chance to ask questions at the end, but I asked anyway. I asked my first question and it took them 20 minutes to respond to a job description question. After the same happened with the second I began to write a "goodbye" message and as soon as the person saw I was typing they said "hold on." I asked one more question and by the time I got answer I decided to end the conversation. The interview lasted two and half hours. I got an offer for a second interview, but the person didn't offer the option for different times, but simply said a time to be online. I did have some time at the set time, but I waited for 10 minutes before getting a message. After 20 minutes I said I would have to have an actual set time, that works for the both us to continue the conversation.

      Interview

I passed the first part of the interview process, but it is clear that the company has no sense of direction. When attempting to schedule a phone call, I wasn't give a set time; just a "be near your phone" message. I tried for days attempting to get it set up (even calling the main office) and when I went to message the original recruiter the email bounced. From what I have seen, I do not recommend working at this company.
