Wondrium interview questions

I had two separate interviews. The first interview was with the hiring manager. The second interview was a four-part, three-hour session with various staff members, including the hiring manager (again). The process was very thorough and straightforward. About a week after interviewing, I was informed that the job description was being rewritten and that I was no longer under consideration. The job listing then remained on the website – with no changes. Two months later someone was hired to fill this position. About a month after concluding my interview process, the company posted the new job description, which now matched that of the hiring manager. It remains posted on the company website as of this writing sixth months later. It is clear that this area of the company is going through upheaval.

Screening with recruiter. Interview with hiring manager (30 minutes) in which basic questions related to the work and job description were asked. Interviews with team members (60 minutes). These interviews were about getting to know the candidate and left minimal time for candidate questions. Editing test very specific to the job. Writing samples. Entire process took one week.
