The HR asked you very basic question during the phone interview such as time availability, past experience. The regional manager consultant and a team leader interviewed me in the second-round face-to-face interview.

The consulting interview was rigorous yet insightful, emphasizing problem-solving and client interaction skills. It provided a deep dive into strategic thinking and industry knowledge. While it was tough, the interviewers were all very understanding, and were willing to explain when I was in doubt.
