The interview process its self was ok just standard process but I made it to the final stage interview everything seemed to be going well and then was just ghosted. No follow up no way to contact to ask about application. The recruiter within ignored emails and calls. Tried contacting their talent team only to be ignored. if it wasn't for that then I would have said it was positive but for a company of this size I would expect them to follow up

There are 3 stages for the application, initial interview with a manager, technical interview and a personality interview. The people I interviewed were quite nice. The technical was about general CS questions, SOLID, oop, access modifiers, etc. I was also shown a small sorting algorithm that I had to point out what was wrong with. The interviews seemed to went quite well, because I got to the third stage I thought I would get the job, but then I was ghosted by the recruiter, I emailed the recruiter and didn't heard back. I have seen the job advestisement being renewed, so I am not really sure what happenend. I expected to at least be told no, not being ghosted. Shameful attitude.
