Woodruff Sweitzer interview questions

To quickly summarize, I applied online and had a phone screen from HR about a week and a half later (fairly easy, not high pressure, just curious about experience). Another week passed and I reached back out for an update and was told no decisions had been made but they'd be in touch. It's been over a month with no response. Was disappointed after hearing the company culture is so positive and open - a little blunt and honest communication can go a long way to job seekers.
