2 interviews. One with the actual research analysts, the second one with the CEO. Since it was an intern they didn't really expect a great deal of expertise in research. More of the punctual precisions, hardworking qualities they looked for. But if you got something technical on your resume it will be interrogated.

arrange interview by email and there is 2 rounds for interview. 1st round with all respective dept managers and 2nd round with General manager. overall very standard. No technical questions. questions are based on working experience. All managers are very friendly and there is no difficulties in interview.
