4 Rounds including HR Round 1: HR Initiation This was just to understand who you are and what your goals are, including your preference with work and salary. Round 2: Portfolio Round This was with the Head of Design and the time was taken to discuss a case study from your portfolio in depth to understand your process. Feedback was given on these case studies and some easy design related questions are asked. A design task will be given after this round. Round 3: Design Task Discussion My design task was a simple heuristic evaluation of their current website. It was breezy and simple. Round 4: HR Confirmation HR will call you again to confirm your job and requirements before coming in to work.
