I completed a video interview, and it went alright. It was straightforward and mainly consisted of behavioral questions, such as describing myself or sharing experiences of working with specific software, stakeholders, or different team members. The only thing was they ghosted me, so I presume they did the same with other applicants who also didn't get the job. In my opinion, I don't think it's right to ghost someone, especially after you've seen them face to face – whether it was an in-person or online interview.
