I sent in an interest form online, was called the next day for an interview where I filled out the full application and employment forms, scheduled an observation day following the interview and if you meet the goals for door knocks and pledges then you're hired. You get paid minimum wage while knocking on doors on your observation day. The interview was pretty simple and relaxed.
