WorkMotion Recruiter interview questions

Worst questions i have ever had in an interview process ; for example first question was give me a brief about my experience , then when i shared it , interviewer said this is whats on the CV , i want something else . Then another example was tell me something wrong you were asked to do from a hiring manager .Another example was when i told them i do CBI interviews , i was asked do i come up with my own competencies or what . In a nutshell , it was the most unstructured , weird , basic interview i had.
