-Technical interview with one engineer (live code session)
-3 final interviews with several engineers and managers
The last step is where things can go south. There are people with impressive backgrounds, but so are their egos. I could see that some managers are old and stuck in the past, and they don't know anything about newer methodologies. From what they shared, I could tell that the company was getting bigger but more bureaucratic.
