Long drawn out process with self-video interviews, not much that adds to the interviewing process. Candidates are usually left waiting for an extended period of time, not recommended for applicants who wish to have more information about their job role early on

It is a very organized and detailed interview process including, various self-recording videos with normal questions about yourself and your future ambitions and later on a role-play interview with the department´s supervisors

3 stages. HR - manager - Director but I actually had to go through 4 as the director at the 3rd stage showed up while being in the airport. Noise was hectic and could not really hear what was being said.
