I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Workato in Nov 2022
Interview
I recently interviewed for a role as an Outbound Sales Development Representative with Workato and had the opportunity to speak with one of the hiring managers. While he was a nice enough person, I didn't have a good connection with him during the interview and felt like he was reading from a script rather than having a genuine conversation with me. After the interview, I was told I would hear back by the end of the week, but I never received any follow-up or communication from either the hiring manager or Workato. This lack of communication is extremely unprofessional and I was very disappointed with my experience. If you are considering applying for a role with Workato, I would suggest being prepared for a process that is lacking in professionalism and follow-through.
