I received a conference call with my boss and team lead, we exchanged the usual questions about expectations and job requirements, instantly I knew I wanted to be part of this team!

HR did not disclose the overworked culture and unrealistic expectations of a full time salary position. Company is not open to systemic process improvement. Management are bullies and have not evolved over time.

HR had standard questions. Did not require past knowledge of industry. Said up front you had to go through a Backgrounds and Drug/Alcohol screening process. I was asked to go take a hair test when I left the interview.
