Interview
1. A phone call with a recruiter who asked basic interview questions
2. A phone call with a Sales Manager who asked sales related and basic interview questions.
3. An onsite interview 1hr: tour and group (20 min with each set of Sales Managers from the teams) interview. VP of sales was suppose to sit in on one session but did not make it.
4. Due to missing the onsite, I then had a 30 min call with the VP of Sales
5. Recruiter called to congratulate me and see if I was interested.
Everyone was beyond kind. After my interview, they offered to sit me down with a current female DSR who had no sales experience prior to taking the job. I found this extremely helpful and it sealed the deal for me. Its a great company!
