I had a phone screen with a recruiter after being referred by a current employee. I was left with the feeling things went well and that I would hear back as to if the hiring manager wanted to set up a phone interview. After not hearing anything for a week, I tried to follow up with the recruiter four times via phone and email. I never received a response. Not the treatment I expected from a company who's product is employee recognition.
