I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Workhuman
Interview
Seems a bit disorganized over there, rescheduling of interviews. Hiring manager seemed nice, but they’re definitely taking advantage of the market and trying to find some type of unicorn - interviewing many people and rounds, but see the job keep being reposted. Experience fit their role perfectly, FAANG level experience of resume, yet didn’t make it far in the process. Very odd.
Thanks for your feedback, which we will take onboard. We have a clear understanding of what we are looking for and its regrettable that you felt you were a fit but didn't progress. We closed out the role (you may be seeing other PM roles advertised for other groups). It can be tough when its not necessarily that you were not capable and could do a good job, more that there was someone else in the process that just felt like a better fit. Please do reach out to me directly if you want more detailed feedback.
Recruiter call, couple of rounds with different team members and the hiring manager, all virtual and all very much discussion based rather than running through a list of questions and answers.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Workhuman in Apr 2022
Interview
Conversations with HR, Hiring Manager and key team members. Felt they were genuinely interested in getting to know me and not trying to "catch me out" or pre-judge what I said.
