I applied online. I interviewed at Working Partnerships
Interview
A pretty lengthy interview process. Recruiting staff needs to pay better attention to detail. Some of the questions asked in hiring manager interview were the same as panel interview, not sure if thats on purpose. Went through 2 interviews only to get no response from them after, so dont expect a follow up if you are not their chosen candidate.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Working Partnerships (San Jose, CA) in Mar 2024
Interview
One phone interview (this went over general skill gathering), then second round interview with a group (more specific policy questions), then final interview with the executive director. The interview process moved quite slow but the hiring team was really supportive and kind.
I had the experience of a small panel interview about my project management abilities, and I shared some examples from previous jobs. They also asked about my experience with economically marginalized populations.
