I applied online. I interviewed at Workit Health (United States Coast Guard - Air Station Sacramento) in Aug 2025
Interview
The overall process was very smooth and well-structured. I appreciated that the interviewers asked thoughtful and detailed questions, which made me feel like they were truly interested in my experience and how I could contribute to the role. Each step was thorough but not over whelming, and the communication was clear throughout.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Could I think of a tool that I have used in group facilitation
The interview process was broken up into 3 separate interviews. The first was a 1:1 and just covered some basic interview questions as well as going over the job specifics and answering any questions I had about the company and role. The second was also a 1:1, where the interviewer asked me more in-depth questions and asked me to respond to possible scenarios I might encounter in the field. The final interview was a mock group setting where I was facilitating, and 2 managers acted as members. They would outline a scenario and then have me respond back and forth with both members to see how I would interact using MI techniques.

Interview
Fun, intentional, and it didn't cause unnecessary anxiety. It was really relaxed and everyone was approachable. I thought the questions were thought provoking , informative and well suited for the position I was interviewing for.
