Got an email after applying online for an in-person interview in about one week. The day after I got an email, I got a phone call from one of their employees in Montana. She was very warm-hearted, but she laughed at my face after she asked how much of a salary I wanted. I told her what I wanted, she asked what do I currently make and I told her and I quote this is what she said, " *laughs* What makes you think you deserve that?" How about x amount "$10,000 less."
So I get to the interview which is 2, 1 hour interviews. The first interview had 4 people in the room and one on Skype from their Montana office. The second interview session that day consisted of one person and one on Skype from I believe Seattle. Second interview session was much smoother. The first one really felt like speed dating. It was not very personal and I felt as if I had to defend myself. None of the people interviewing me had been working there for more than a year, in the first round. Same questions were asked b/w the two interview sessions, so the repetitiveness was annoying. I felt very uneasy.
A few weeks later I had a second half hour long interview, with the guy in charge of that department. I didn't like how he kept checking his computer while we were interviewing. It was nice that we flip flopped back and forth asking questions to each other. That kind of took the tension off. At the end he said we will keep in touch with you and you will have an answer within one week. Well, 1.5 weeks later, I contacted the lady he told me to contact "which is the lady always emailing me" and got no response from them. When you apply online you can check the status of your application. This is how I found out that I was rejected. I applied for a few positions in different departments and this is how they tell you you are "Not Selected". They don't like being asked where they see their company 5 or 10 years from now.
Not very professional in my opinion. DO NOT recommend them.
