Initial HR screening, followed by interviews with the hiring manager and a senior leader. Later, HR scheduled another 30 minute meeting with 2 managers I had already met and told me there was nothing to prepare for. I specifically asked if I needed to present the assignment and was told no. When I joined the call, I was unexpectedly asked to present. I had spent 7 days preparing the assignment but had no chance to practice or prepare for a live presentation. The full process took 47 days and felt disorganized and poorly communicated.
