Workout Anytime interview questions

I interviewed for the Sales Manager role at the Dallas, NC location in person after applying on Indeed. I met with Chris Grove who was the franchise owner. I have had dozens of interviews in my job search and this was by far the worst I’ve ever had. Chris did not seem to know who I was after I had been asked to come in for an interview and had no copy of my resume or any idea of my experience. The questions he asked were almost all trick questions, and the entire conversation was very uncomfortable. He says the most important part of this job is building relationships so I have no idea how he has become an owner due to his unwelcoming demeanor. I immediately rescinded my application on Indeed after this. If you are considering interviewing here, or working underneath Chris I would RUN in the opposite direction as quickly as possible. You deserve to be treated respectfully as a candidate for any job regardless of the profession.
