I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Worksuite in Mar 2025
Interview
I applied for a product owner role at Worksuite and had my first interview with a recruiter in mid-March. While the initial conversation was fine, I didn’t hear anything back for almost a month. Then, seemingly out of the blue, I was invited to a second-stage interview with the Head of Product in mid-April.
The overall process was supposed to be four or five stages, but after that second interview, I was again met with complete silence. It wasn’t until mid-May—another full month later—that I finally received a generic, vague rejection email stating that they wouldn’t be moving forward with my application.
What made the experience frustrating was the long gaps in communication, the lack of transparency about timelines, and the impersonal nature of the final message after investing time and effort into the process. Clearer communication and more respect for candidates’ time would have made a big difference.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Worksuite (Tampa, FL) in Oct 2023
Interview
There was a 6 Step Interview that took around 2 months from start to finish. This included 2 - 3 "Social Interviews" with a Colleague, CEO and CRO as well as a Demo of the Product
