Solid process. Initial conversation was with hiring manager at the time. This was followed by a formal interview with the hiring manager and a colleague. This dug into core competencies required and provided an opportunity for them to get to know me better and me them. The final stage was a panel presentation to senior stakeholders where I was given the opportunity to present my approach to the role, and ask as many questions as I needed to.
I was always given the information I needed, and questions answered promptly at all times when going through the process. They really injected the human element into their hiring process, which demonstrated they align to the solution that they sell. A massive green flag.
