There were interviews by three senior managers
they asked questions about my prior experience, my aspirations, how I would go about delivering on work programme
The interviews were not difficult and not particularly challenging
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at World Bank Group (Singapore) in July 2016

The interview selection process was rigorous and consisted of passing several rounds of selection including Long listing, Short listing and then a panel interview of 6 individuals (3 Sr Management and 1 HR)
