I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at World Bank Group
Interview
Long -- submitted an application in July and got the offer 5 months later, with three rounds of interviews, including a financial modeling test. Maybe more intense than other analyst positions as haven't heard of others doing modeling tests. 1st round - Online Hirevue 5 questions and financial test (accounting and simple projections). Have different stories prepared, I felt like I was reusing the same one. Don't mess up the time zones as you only have a few days to complete after the initial notification. 2nd round - financial modeling test (1.5hrs) followed by panel interview. Asked to walk through modeling test and answers to questions at the end. No financial questions during the panel interview, no brainteasers. Financial modeling test was not easy (for me) but no surprises. 3rd round - with top manager, 1 hour deep-dive into your experiences. What are your weaknesses, strengths, etc. Impressed with the calibre of people and questions throughout.
